Akan Word Processor
C²Duo have come out with a basic Akan text editor, available for download at www.nkraata.com. Nkraata allows direct keyboard input of Akan characters from a US English keyboard and is preinstalled with Akan-friendly Unicode fonts.

kasahorow took the program for a short test-drive. The interface is fairly intuitive, and the program provides useful added functionality such as allowing the insertion of bitmap images to text. Our only suggestion is to make the file available as an .exe download rather than the current (and less universal) .rar download. Nonetheless, kudos to C²Duo for coming out with this program!
